Moonbow #75 is a phenotype that growers either respect or get humbled by — a plant that rewards precision and punishes laziness with equal conviction. Selected by Archive Seed Bank's Fletcher Watson from a population of 200 Moonbow seedlings, the #75 cut carries the structural discipline of its Do-Si-Dos parentage alongside the chromatic exuberance of Zkittlez, producing a cultivation experience that sits squarely in intermediate territory.

In vegetative growth, the plant presents medium vigor with tight internodal spacing and responsive lateral branching under 18/6 lighting. The OG influence is visible in the branchy frame and sturdy main stems, while Zkittlez contributes compact side-branch nodes. Topping at the fourth through sixth node followed by low-stress training opens the canopy effectively, and a single or double-layer SCROG net set 8–12 inches above the main canopy creates the uniform top sites that this cultivar needs to perform. After flipping to 12/12, expect a moderate stretch of 1.2–1.8x depending on container size, veg duration, and light intensity. The stretch is manageable in standard tents with adequate headroom, but plan trellis support before week three of bloom — the dense buds get heavy fast.

Flowering runs 56–70 days, with most growers finding the sweet spot between days 63 and 67 depending on phenotype. Indoors under optimized conditions, yields of 400–550 g/m² are achievable; outdoor plants produce 280–420 grams per plant, with higher-end results possible in sun-drenched, rain-protected sites. Strategic defoliation around days 21 and 42 of flower opens bud sites and reduces humidity pockets without sacrificing photosynthetic capacity. Harvest timing benefits from trichome monitoring — target mostly cloudy heads with 5–15% amber to balance the heady euphoric lift against body depth. Overripe harvests dull the signature citrus-candy brightness and tilt the profile toward sedation.

Environmentally, the cultivar thrives at 75–80°F days and 68–72°F nights through mid-flower, with a gentle night drop to 65–68°F in the final weeks to promote anthocyanin expression. VPD targets of 0.8–1.2 kPa in veg and 1.2–1.5 kPa in bloom balance transpiration with pathogen pressure. Relative humidity should trend from 60–65% in veg to 50–55% in early flower and 45–50% by late flower. Light intensity targets of 600–900 µmol/m²/s PPFD work well without CO2; with supplementation at 1,000–1,200 ppm, skilled growers can push 1,000–1,200 µmol/m²/s for substantial yield gains.

For hash washing, select phenos display 4–5% fresh-frozen yields with grainy, sandy trichome morphology ideal for ice water extraction.
